Malcolm Lant, Signs Express franchisee for the Gateshead area, was named as the regional finalist for the prestigious British Franchise Association Franchisee of the Year Awards.
Held annually, the British Franchise Association (BFA) Franchisee of the Year Awards recognises excellence in the franchising sector and the commitment of franchisees who ‘set the standard’ for best practice in the industry.
Commenting on being a finalist Malcolm said, “I am absolutely delighted to be a finalist. Through hard work and determination my team and I have been able to rise through the recession building a very successful, strong business; continuing to provide excellent quality products with exceptional customer service which has resulted in high levels of repeat business and referrals.”
This is the third successive year Signs Express has been shortlisted.
