Congratulations to Charles Holloway, SINCLAIR TRAINING’s newest Sales Coach who has won his first Sales Training contract with Primefuels within days of completing his Induction Training.
He was also successful in delivering the first phase of this training within his first month as a Sales Coach!
Primefuels is a major international company with challenging growth targets and uncompromising customer demands. Charles, with Sinclair’s sales coaching tools was able to help this new client achieve their objectives by enabling the team of regional managers to do ‘more with less’ and to create excellence in their customer relationships. Primefuels MD said ‘this was exactly what we needed and a great experience was had by all – including myself’.
The second phase of this training is now planned.
Charles, commenting on his first training course said ‘This was my first in depth use of the Sinclair Training dimensions with a client and just seeing the lights go on amongst a senior group of people was tremendous. I think I got as much out of the day as they did’.
Charles is also already experiencing success with FAST-TRACK, Sinclair’s ‘appointment winning’ accelerator programme. FAST-TRACK is now providing qualified face-to-face appointments to enable new Franchisee Sales Coaches to shortcut the time taken to win clients and generate income.
