The W.I.T.C.H. programme is not a franchise but a licensed business opportunity.

The W.I.T.C.H. programme from CMST Limited is a concept in solution focussed coaching that has been pioneered in women's centres, community group settings and one2one coaching sessions for the last two years. There are programmes that address everything from a lack of confidence and self-esteem to tackling offending behaviour patterns in women who have offended and there are ‘Rookie'; programmes to take into schools to educate young ladies aged 11-15 in how to develop emotional intelligence and take responsibility for their life paths.

The W.I.T.C.H. programme was developed and piloted by Julie Roberts trading as CMST, the decision to make the business a limited company last year was to be able to expand and to employ other coaches. In the summer of 2010 it was decided to trademark the W.I.T.C.H. concept and to offer licenses to trade under the W.I.T.C.H. trademark.

The excellent work that has been done by some of their coaches has led to some charitable support and occasionally coaches are provided with funding to use the W.I.T.C.H. programme in community settings, women's centres and schools.

A Franchisee's role is to provide one2one coaching and mentoring for women in all sorts of environments and from all sorts of backgrounds, working from home there is a limited amount of overheads. One2one coaching is usually done from home either face to face or over the telephone. Group sessions can be offered in any environment from community centres to hotels and training centres. Women's networking programmes are often in hotel foyers or even private rooms in the local pub.

The franchisee should look to develop their business into offering ten one2one coaching session per week, one or two group sessions and one or two networking meetings each month, very much a part time role. Earnings can vary dramatically on the time of year and are entirely dependent on the amount of effort you make in promoting your business.

National advertising is taken care of for you, local advertising is something that is best done through networking and free promotional workshops which we organise for you to get you started.
